Hashbrown Quiche

1 (24oz. shredded hash brown)
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked(Bacon cut into pieces, sausage or ham)
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
Pepper and season salt to taste.

(To do a deep dish you have to double the meat, eggs, cheese and milk.)

Preheat oven to 425.

Grease a 9 inch glass pie plate. press hash brown into pan to form a crust,
brush with melted butter. Bake 25 minutes.

Reduce oven heat to 350.

Fill crust with meat and cheese.
Whisk eggs, milk, pepper a season salt.
Pour over crust.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Try using Knorr Hollidence sauce on it.
