Chicken Cilantro Soup

Olive oil
White chicken meat, raw (bite-size)
Garlic-3-4 cloves
Cilantro-1 bunch
Chicken broth (in the box)
Orzo or Acini de Pepe pasta
Salt&Pepper
Lemon (optional)


Brown raw chicken in olive oil until seared. Add minced garlic and cook about a minute. Add chicken broth and simmer for 5-10 minutes while cooking pasta in a seperate pan. Drain pasta and add to broth mixture along with chopped cilantro, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 more minutes then EAT!
