Penne in Vodka Sauce

Approximately 1/4 lb pancetta
1/2 yellow onion chopped
3-4 cloves garlic crushed & minced

Saute in large pan in 3 Tbls of olive oil. Then add

2 lg cans crushed tomatoes in juice

Bring to boil & simmer for 15 mins.

Add approximately 1/4 - 1/2 cup heavy cream

Stir well and then add 1/2 cup vodka (alcohol content will evaporate so okay for kids). Serve over penne cooked al dente.
