3/4 cup water
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 Tbls brown sugar
2 Tbls. lemon juice
2 Tbls. soy sauce
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan and Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Continue to stir until thick.
Serve warm with Chicken Satay, Spicy Thai Beef Strips, or Grilled Pork Tenderloin
