Savory Orzo

4 Slices of Bacon
1 cup Green Onion, sliced
1/2 cup Parmesen Cheese, grated
4 cups cooked and drained orzo pasta
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until done. Remove bacon and crumble, reserve drippings. Add green onions and saute in bacon drippings 1-2 minutes or until crisp.

Stir in bacon, 1/4 cup of parmesen and remaining ingredients. Cook 1-2 minutes or until heated trhough. Top with remaining Parmesen. Makes 6 cups.

Serve as a side dish, or for a hearty meal add cooked chicken or turkey sausage.
